How we work
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Where the facts come from
We read each vendor's own pricing page and help documentation. We do not use review sites, forums or other third parties. When we record a fact, we keep a dated copy of the text it came from. Every claim on the site links to the vendor's page and shows the date we checked it.
Keeping it current
An automatic check runs every week. It fetches each vendor page again and flags any page where the text we rely on has changed or gone. A person reviews each flagged page before anything on the site changes. A few pages can only be read in a browser; we recheck those by hand each month.
What the statuses mean
- Included: the vendor's own page names this plan for the feature.
- Not included: the vendor's own page says this plan doesn't have it.
- Not listed: the vendor's pricing and help pages we checked don't mention it for this plan. That doesn't mean it's missing.
- Couldn't verify (sources disagree): the vendor's own pages say different things, so we can't confirm it either way.
- Couldn't verify (source unavailable): we couldn't read the vendor's page when we checked. That doesn't mean it's missing.
- Add-on only: the vendor documents it on this plan only with a paid add-on or extra condition.
- Couldn't verify (awaiting review): we found documentation but haven't finished checking it.
Why missing evidence never counts against a vendor
A page we could not read, or a feature we did not find, tells you nothing about the product. We never turn it into a "no". A plan is marked "Not included" only when the vendor's own documentation says so. We also never assume a higher plan has a feature unless the vendor says it does.
What we don't do
- No scores, ratings or overall rankings.
- No "best" labels for products or plans.
- No sponsored content and no paid placement. A vendor cannot pay to be included, listed first or described differently.
Products are listed alphabetically. Plans follow each vendor's own pricing-page order.
How the site is funded
We plan to fund the site with affiliate links: if you buy through one, the vendor may pay us a commission. Affiliate links are always labelled, and a direct link that earns us nothing is always offered next to them. Commission never affects which products are included, how they are evaluated or the order they appear in. Vendors without an affiliate program are treated the same way. No affiliate links are active yet, so today the site earns nothing from vendors.
