What Clearcisive collects

There are no accounts and no sign-up. The checker form collects no personal data. Your selected must-haves are part of the page address, so you can bookmark or share a result. Like any website, standard request logs kept by our host and our aggregate analytics can include the page address you requested; we do not use them to identify you.

Hosting

This site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the address you requested, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse; Clearcisive itself sets no cookies.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate page views and performance. Cloudflare describes it as cookieless: it does not use cookies or similar browser storage to track you across visits. We use the totals only to understand how the site is used.

Links to vendors

Links to vendor pages leave this site. When you click one, we count the click — which vendor, which kind of link and which result group — without recording who you are. The vendor's own privacy policy applies on their site.
