People who chose one of the two highest answers on your scale, for example 4 or 5 on a 1 to 5 scale.

Everyone who answered the satisfaction question.

How the calculation works

CSAT (customer satisfaction score) is the share of survey responses that were satisfied.

CSAT is satisfied responses divided by total responses, times 100. It is shown to one decimal place.

Worked example

96 satisfied responses out of 120 is 96 divided by 120, times 100, which is 80.0%.

What it leaves out

This page does not compare your score with any benchmark. Compare it with your own earlier results, using the same question and the same scale. Results depend on how the survey is worded, when it is sent and how many people answered.
